Our product is perishable. As such, our refund policy is as follows:

In the failure of the customer to pick up an order, no refund will be issued; we cannot resell any product not picked up by a customer.
In the failure of the shop to deliver an order, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
In the event that the customer requests to change their order to a later date, the owner reserves the right to charge the customer for both orders.
Cancellations and/or changes for any orders must be made at least 4 business days in advance of the scheduled pickup/delivery time. Refunds (up to the deposit amount) will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice.
No refund will be given for an amount in excess of the original purchase price, regardless of circumstance.
No refunds will be issued for any reason other than those listed above.

Snapdragon Desserts, LLC reserves the right to modify its exchange/return policy at any time.
