Our product is perishable. As such, our refund policy is as follows:
- In the failure of the customer to pick up an order, no refund will be issued; we cannot resell any product not picked up by a customer. 
 
- In the failure of the shop to deliver an order, a full refund will be issued to the customer. 
 
- In the event that the customer requests to change their order to a later date, the owner reserves the right to charge the customer for both orders.
 
- Cancellations and/or changes for any orders must be made at least 4 business days in advance of the scheduled pickup/delivery time. Refunds (up to the deposit amount) will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice.
 
- No refund will be given for an amount in excess of the original purchase price, regardless of circumstance.
 
- No refunds will be issued for any reason other than those listed above.
 
Snapdragon Desserts, LLC reserves the right to  modify its exchange/return policy at any time.
